Zero Touch Reseller Application

Good day Team,

We are currently a device reseller in South Africa as well as an MDM provider.  We assist customers with MDM, either as a full turnkey solution or on a support basis.

We applied to become a Zero Touch Reseller to allow us to upload IMEIs for customers, similar to the way we do for Samsung devices on KME.

Our request has been declined twice now.

Could you please get some guidance on why we are being declined?
