I hope you've had a good start to the new month. We've just launched two new features to help you manage your devices easier.
1. Simplified filtering for policies
As you all know, the Admin console is home to hundreds and hundreds of policies. In the past, it’s been very difficult to navigate the console and find the exact policy that you’re looking for without knowing the exact name of that policy.
Now, when searching for policies, natural language processing is used to bring up the most relevant results and rank them to make them much much easier to find.
This is a big improvement to the Admin console, and will be available in Q4.
2. Simplified filtering for devices
In a very similar vein, managing devices can be difficult and time consuming, especially for organizations with thousands of devices.
With NLP search, Google AI will be able to surface devices that context match your search criteria. So now you can search for things like “devices with no activity in the last 20 days,” or “all hp c645 devices.”
Once again, making it that much easier for admins to manage their fleet.
