We limit our use of extensions but one that has become invaluable is the "Google Voice (by Google)" extension (ID - kcnhkahnjcbndmmehfkdnkjomaanaooo). It recognises phone numbers and allows you to one click call from Voice.

Biggest one for us is the Endpoint Verification extension. This is critical for us to allow us to manage BYOD Chrome Browsers and leverage CAA rules.

Endpoint Verification extension, UBlock extension with custome settings are the most relevant for security purposes. And a great buch of custom developments.

Office Editing for Docs for some file extensions used by Microsoft Office and how Google drive cannot convert.

We are using Mobility Print with our 3rd party for our Head Office printing solutions.

I have tasksboard extension installed under my chrome browser to help keep me focused on tasks. And finally Absolute Poll on our chat to create Polls in our conversations.

hello everyone, the most used apps are the Google Workspace apps/ ext (Offline docs, Google Drive..). Then we got more specifics to ChromeOS (Recovery utility, Chrome Remote desktop...), corporate tools like Beamy for SAAS mgmt, Mobility Print for print services...

We're planning to impose some greater restrictions soon to improve our security position as I believe fewer extensions are better but key standard ones for us are WalkMe for improved digital adoption, Google Drawings and Forms, PrinterLogic for printing requirements (although this is naturally being used less and less which is good) and then of course Endpoint Verification for workspace management and we use Konverso for IT support. Then more personal for my role is Loom for video recording. I'm still waiting for that magical extension that will answer my emails for me 😁 🤖.

We restrict extensions so each has to be assessed and approved. Our most used would be the Canon Uniflow extension.

We have an approval process in place to manage the use of extensions to ensure nobody installs anything nasty. We also use the admin console to manage pre-approved or standard extensions that have business use such as Citrix, Zoom, Printing etc.
