Bluetooth is not working

I had installed the chrome os FLEX  at my older computer (samsung NP300v4a from 2012) and it is working well unless the bluetooth.

It is showing it at time menu. It is off. I press to turn on, keep some seconds and goes to off again.
I saw some informations:

I think that my problem can be at the older bluetooth adapter (computer is from 2012 and BT is probably BT 3.0).
I bought a BT dongle but it is not working too.(baseus bt5.3 that i saw it works with linux at youtube.
How can i solve it? 

I think that can be a solution to disable the internal bluetooth adapter and use the dongle bt adapater but i don't know if it is possible.

Unfortunately the make and model of device you list is not currently listed on the ChromeOS certified device list, which means you can't expect to avail of all functionality of this device through using ChromeOS flex. This list is ever evolving however, so keep an eye on whether this changes over time.
