Our Dell chromebooks are sending people right back to the log in page. Currrently at version 139.

Wiping chromebook does not help. Anyone else having these issues?

    Hi @MRobinson ,

     

    Can you please provide a little more detail? So you have enterprise enrolled Dell Chromebooks running on Version 139 of the OS; however when employees are trying to login, they are not able i.e. they input their credentials but can't get any further than the login page? 

    If any of the above is incorrect - can you elaborate a little more? 
    And also, can you confirm if you have raised a support case through the admin console about this? I recommend that you do - however feel free to share a support case number here once you do that if you like.

      Hi @MRobinson, there was a brief outage that caused login issues for ChromeOS and Chrome Browser that has since been mitigated. Are you still experiencing any issues? I would recommend filing a case with Google support if you are still experiencing issues.
