IWA allowlist (Chrome 143): how do we request allowlisting without an existing Google partner contact?

We publish an Isolated Web App that is force-installed on managed ChromeOS
devices via the Admin Console for an enterprise customer.

Since the Chrome 143 managed-installation allowlist requirement, the app shows
"This app is unverified and may not work properly" in the Admin Console, and we
expect updates will no longer reach devices until the Web Bundle ID is on the
Google-managed allowlist.

The documentation says the process starts with "Developer/partner reaches out
to their Google contact (Partner Engineering or other point of contact)", and
that if we don't have one we are likely not part of the early IWA program:
https://developer.chrome.com/docs/iwa/allowlist

The blink-dev PSA lists contact addresses, but they are masked for signed-out
readers:
https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/iTCPaBw6HxU

We do not currently have a Partner Engineering contact, and email attempts have
not reached anyone.

Question: what is the correct route for a developer in this position to request
IWA allowlisting? Should this be raised by our customer's admin through Chrome
Enterprise support instead, or is there a team here who can point us to the
registration form?

Thanks.

Hi @mrutunjay thanks for getting in touch. Can I ask, have you tried completing this form?

Otherwise, if you face any delays or require faster escalation, we would recommend having your enterprise customer’s IT administrator raise a ticket via Chrome Enterprise Support:

  • Why this is effective: An admin-initiated support ticket from an active enterprise customer attaches real-world commercial impact to your request.

  • What the admin should include: They should reference the ticket as an "IWA Managed-Installation Allowlist Request" for their specific organization, provide your application’s Web Bundle ID, and link back to your public form submission if already sent. Support can then route the ticket internally to our Chrome Enterprise Partner Engineering teams to expedite validation

We hope either of these routes help!
