Poly Studio Video stopped working
After updating to most recent version iof Chrome OS Flex (138.0.7204.221) we are no longer able to use videosource using Google Meet. First it reports missing credentials. After a restart it claims that the video source could not be used as it might be in use by other apps (no other apps are running).
Screenshot from settings
In norwegian "Tillatelse kreves" => eng: "Permission is required"
After a hard restart (power off/on) Chrome OS says the camera can not be used.
I have tried the suggested solution of "disconnent the camera and connect it again".
It worked with the prevous version of Chrome OS Flex ( like version 136.0.7103.158).

We will now install windows again on the meeting room PC’s. It worked well for 10 months until the release of version 138.0.xxx

Hi TorMala Can you confirm whether you are (or a team mate) a listed admin within the Google Admin Console of your organisatio where you would manage this ChromeOS Flex devices?
If so, you should be able to raise a support case to get to the bottom of things by following the steps outlined above:
I'd be keen for you to get the right support on this and resolve matters. Do let me know!

I do not have permission to create a support case :(
We are using several Poly Studio USB Bars on our meeting rooms and team-rooms.
I checked that the firmware is the newest one supplied by HP/Poly.
Connected using a Mac as PolyLens Web will not connect from Chrome OS Flex (probably due to the general connection-issue with the Poly Studio USB camera)Tested with the Camera app. It will not connect to the Poly Studio USB camera. The camera worked well in version 136.0.7103.158, but not in version 138.0.7204.221 or 138.0.7204.232
It just says "Your camera is currently unavailable. Please check if the camera is properly connected" and the little green camera-indicator in the right corner is flickering on and off.

Hi TorMala, thanks for your post.
After some initial chats, we don't feel this is a known issue or limitation in the version of ChromeOS Flex you are using so would you mind raising a support case and the team would love to get the details of the exact poly bar etc you are using and the team can investigate properly?
Feel free to share your support case here we can monitor too.
Thanks,
Lynda
