Android 14 update used up all my space

Please help 😭 the latest software update on my OPPO A57s today, has used up all my space on my phone. What can I do? Is there a way to downgrade to the previous version?

    The only way and from me recommended one is to backup your data and wipe your device.

    Have seen this several times on some devices (not Oppo but other manufacturers) when the firmwareupdate didn't free up the space after it's done and there this was the only way to get it working again.
