Android Management Api limit extension
Hello! Everyone,
Greetings of the day!I would like to have some information about the Android device management API. I'm developing an solution using Android Management apis for my client. I've gone through the documentation and all the device APIS they have. My client has a plan to launch 5000 devices initially which can be upto 50,000 in future. I've read somewhere in google documentation about the quote of request uses. My question is, Does google have an api request quota or a limit to enroll the number of devices?Does it come under paid plan or is there any restriction? I just want to have complete/full information about this before we start integrating this solution. Can anyone help me with my questions?

Hello Kulwinder,
Nice to meet you.
There is a default quota for API requests per min and number of devices enrolled. For more on quotas you can visit this page (scroll down to 'Quotas').
If you have more questions or need to apply for a quota limit increase, there is a form linked in the resource you can use for this. 👍
In general though, we would highly recommend that you do this first before deploying solutions that require a quota beyond the default limit, so it's great to hear you are exploring this before you start the integration.
Best of luck with this, I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Lizzie

Thanks for the information Lizzie
While exploring I have also got to know about 'Android Enterprise Partner Portal'. Is it compulsory to enroll in this portal before using AMAPIs for production and Can I request for increase of quota without being a Android Enterprise Partner?
Thanks and Regards!
Kulwinder
