Can't add a private app to devices
I'm being very confused when trying to add a private app into the Stix EMM, and I'm not sure where the problem lies, so I'm asking here!
I successfully loaded it in:
But when I then click on that and then try to click Select app... nothing happens. Nothing on screen, nothing in the dev console, no network traffic... Nothing.
And so I can't add this app to my devices. And I'm entirely lost as to what's going on.
Is this a Stix thing? Or an Android Enterprise thing?

And now I see it 100% is a Stix issue, as going back to Vantage I can add apps without issue.
Also, Vantage has live support which helped me through some issues instantly, where Stix has zero contactable support.
So, they've been ruled out entirely!

I've had no response (nor do they really have any direct way to contact them for support).
I'm going back to trialling another MDM (Vantage), to see if it works better on this front.

Sounds like a Stix thing. Intune behaves the same sometimes. You press select, and then have to wait somewhere between 1 minute and 1 hour or so before it shows up in your app list to be able to push it to devices.
I don't know Stix but you might have a sync button to sync it? Intune doesn't provide feedback after selecting an app in de play store either. Syncing helps getting it to your MDM.
Otherwise reach out to Stix Support to see of they can help.

It never ceases to amaze me to hear how terrible Intune is. I learn a new limitation like this all the time.

With Intune, it is a constant discovery of limitation.

Thanks Michel for this info. I've reached out for support from them also.
I'll also hunt for a way to sync information between the two
