Thank you for your post - and sorry I'm speaking English here, I'm just Google translating your post to make it easier for others to possibly respond and help you:
"I am looking to monitor data collectors in order to capture telemetry and alerts from these devices, focusing on the main players in the market, such as Zebra, Honeywell, among others that use Android. I would like to know how I can acquire documents or materials that address this type of management."

Hi Danilo,
Just to make sure I understand you correctly, you want to collect information the devices gather and monitor that? As in, how is battery life, how is data usage, what network is used?
If so, i'm aware of two options:
- Use an MDM that is able to list these kind of information, not many are capable of that
- Use 3rd party tooling that collects data as an agent / app on the device and share that with a cloud tool.
For option 2, you are limited to what an app is authorized to see and gather from a device. And thats not a whole lot of information. The only tool that i'm aware of is Knox Asset Intelligence, which is able to gather a lot of information, but is Samsung only.

I understand. The idea is to create a solution using Android Enterprise to monitor device telemetry, such as checking if it is online, monitoring CPU usage, storage space, and memory, retrieving the serial number and inventory information, and even generating alerts for overheating, CPU overutilization, or battery manipulation. Can Android provide this information?

I can't speak for all devices but at least Samsung has made this information accessible for their tooling with Knox Asset Intelligence, which only works on Samsung hardware.
Android API's do allow for monitoring by 3rd party applications but i'm not familiar with any other apps.
