function missing after AE enrollment

Hi everyone,

 

As we use the Android Enterprise service, and I find out that some functions are missing or hidden than a usual device, including these 3 functions

  1. parental control 
  2. second space
  3. dedicated hidden folder

 

i am not sure if there are any other functions are hidden or deleted, because these are not system apps that were removed

 

So i want to know are these not available in AE? Is there any document from Google about this? is there any other functions are hidden as well?

    Hi Edward,

    how do you enroll your devices and are they fully managed (COBO) or COPE devices? (I assume COBO)

    If you enroll using QR or Zero-Touch, ensure that the leave system apps enabled DPC is added with value true, otherwise several apps can disappear.

    In our MDM we can re-enable some of those apps (but not all) via a script so this could be a possibility too but i don't know the Google related API's to get this done. I think the best would be the solution mentioned above.
