Help Needed: Issue with Deploying Managed Google Play private App

I'm trying to deploy a Managed Google Play app on Samsung Galaxy tablets using Intune.

The devices are enrolled as Corporate-owned with a work profile.

The app is uploaded to the Play Console, approved by Google, and synced with Intune, but it's not deploying. Intune reports the devices as not applicable, and the app isn't visible in the work-badged Play Store.
I've tried different assignment settings, switching between "required" and "available," and tested both user-based and device-based groups separately. I also experimented with BYOD enrollment types, but none of these approaches worked.

This is just a totally random thought but check your org ID, is it the same between the Google Play Console and the Managed Google Play iframe?

It is one and the same. The app is added via Intune as a Managed Google Play App, and then you have the option to upload the APK file. Intune uses a built-in service account to upload the app to the Google Play Console, using the same account that is utilized as the Managed Google Play Account in Intune. Also verified by logging into both consoles.

Are you using a dedicated Play Store account or the regular Google iFrame to upload your apps?

If using a separate play store account I would check that the app is visible to my Google company ID.

If using the regular iFrame, I would open a ticket with Intune they should be able to at least investigate it and make sure the app is accessible to your Google company ID.

The app is added via Intune as a Managed Google Play App, and then you have the option to upload the APK file. Intune uses a built-in service account to upload the app to the Google Play Console. I'm unsure if this is considered as an iFrame. But, we have a dedicated account, and the initial app upload is handled by Intune. App is visible to my Google company ID.

Thank you okmick and jeremy for taking a look at this query - superstars!

AlexM has this been solved or are you still having issues with Intune and the app you're trying to deploy?

Hey Emilie! I'm still having the same problem with the app deployment. I'll probably go with Jeremy's advice and create a ticket with Microsoft.
