REALLY NEED HELP

I accidentally locked myself out of my Samsung 24 Ultra cell phone I just bought last September. I have been told, even by Samsung CEO Rep, they can't get me back in my phone so I can use what I paid for. I sent an email to the head CEO of Google and got no response. Great customer service there, Bud. I know the FBI and other law enforcement agencies get in people's phones after they're dead or if it's some criminal's phone. I'm looking for a company I can hire, or an individual I can hire, to get my irreplaceable information off this phone along with all my gallery. I absolutely will not factory reset this phone and lose all my precious data. I would be very grateful for any suggestions. Thank you. A customer service toll free number or phone number for Android would also be nice.

      And that's how it should be because of securtity.
      You are responsible to backup your data (when your phone breaks you will have the same issue) yourself.
      Same goes for remembering pin/password/pattern of the device lock. If you forget it you loose access and if it's not automatically backing up and you don't backup manually the data is lost for good (security) reason.

      Otherwise each thief could go this way and access the data without knowing the pass key which would be not acceptable.

        Agreed.

        @PO72

        If it was that easy to just get back into a locked phone that regularly would be used maliciously by nefarious actors. We don't even know this is actually your phone that you're trying to get into.

        Good luck getting an email back from the "head CEO of Google" on your issues. I'm sure you're a blast at dinner parties, Bud.
