Samsung Tab Active5 Side Button Configuration
Use Knox service plugin then you need to set following:
Device and Settings customization profile (Premium) > Configure values in settings menu > Name of the Setting item > Side key > Press and hold > 1 (Power menu)
But as you see this is a premium feature, you need to provide a free premium license into it as well which can be grabbed from your Samsung Knox portal

I appreciate the reply and apologize for the late response here. I generated the free KPE license, but figure I still need a standard Knox Essentials seat assigned to the device before I can actually use/configure the plugin? Currently can request a trial license but frankly don't have an understanding of their license structure and what's required. Seems wild to need a license to change a hardware key function.

You should be able to freely generate a "Knox Platform for Enterprise: Premium Edition" license here: https://www2.samsungknox.com/en/dashboard/license-keys/others

I generated that key without issue, but how do I associate it back to my devices. I'm logged into the device with the associated Samsung account, but when running the Knox Service Plugin app it raises an error saying Knox Policies could not be updated. I have not configured this device with Knox Manage, I'm wondering if I require another paid license to be able to access the plugin manage these premium Knox services.
