mattdermody thanks for your reply - so, and excuse me if I get this wrong, you'd like to be able to enrol and re-enrol devices without the end users being involved at all?

If Zero Touch was actually Zero Touch like it claims to be, then yes. It however is not and we would leave devices orphaned out on the field awaiting manual set up from an end user before re-enrollment occurs.
