Urgent: No response on AMAPI Quota Increase Request after 7 days (Project ID: [zztcdc])

Hello Android Enterprise Community,

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a quota increase request for the Android Management API.

The Issue: Our project has reached its current AMAPI quota limit, which is now impacting our production environment and device deployment. We submitted the official [Quota Increase Request Form] exactly 7 days ago, but we have not yet received any response or confirmation from the Google support team.

Project Details:

Project ID: [zztcdc]

Impact: We are currently unable to enroll new devices or sync policies for our enterprise clients, causing a significant disruption to our business operations.

We understand that these requests take time to review, but given the 7-day silence and the critical nature of our deployment, we would greatly appreciate it if any community manager or Google representative could help check the status of our request or escalate it.

Thank you for your time and help!

Best regards, [Yichen International Trade & Technology Limited]

Hello zhangzhaozhi and welcome to the Customer Community!

Thanks for your post - I think the request form for increased quote states:

'Please plan for a 14-business-day review period for all requests. Android Enterprise Partners with a validated EMM requiring immediate assistance should contact the Partner Escalation Desk' (via the Partner Portal).'

It looks like you've been waiting for 7 days, which means you'll need to wait longer as the specified deadline is 14 days.

That's unless you can raise a support ticket via the Partner Portal.

I hope this is helpful and that you'll hear back from the team very soon!

    Emilie

Thank you for your response. I have received the feedback regarding the rejection of our quota increase request. The reason provided stated: 'We have reviewed the information and business use case that you provided in your response. After a thorough review, we found that your business use case is not compatible with Android Management API permissible usage policies.'

Could you please provide more specific details regarding which part of our business use case is considered incompatible? Any additional guidance would be extremely helpful for us to improve our project and application to ensure they fully align with Google's requirements.

        Hello zhangzhaozhi

I'm glad to hear you've received a reply, though I can imagine it's not the one you were hoping for.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to help you as this is a customer community and I don't have any knowledge of these applications.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavours :)
