Are you an admin or enduser?
Maybe describe your issue more precise where you fail.

I am an end-user and mentioned error appears whenever I try to add my work profile on Microsoft In tune

Then i would recommend to reach out to your local IT Admin so they can investigate and clarify with you why it's not working.

I'd imagine their IT support won't be too helpful and it'll require local debugging either way.
maheenrafat have you ever tried to set up a work profile before? Do you have app cloning enabled?

But that's their job and there can be enrollment restrictions enabled we don't know of.
So, i would expect them to troubleshoot and if they don't get further reach out here or Intune.- jasonbaytonLevel 4.0: Ice Cream Sandwich2 months ago
If "that's their job" meant anything, this place would be desolate 😂

I did reach out to my IT team and have them installed and then reinstalled Company Portal on my mobile. However same error has been appeared at the time of profile registration.
IT department confirmed that your device is not supporting the profile creation and there is nothing we can done.

Shock horror, 5 minutes of poking and they gave up.
As above - have you ever tried to set up a work profile before? Do you have app cloning enabled?
I have a few troubleshooting steps you can try below, it's for a failed, partially successful enrolment, but for all I know with the info given it could be relevant

...some people should rethink if they have chosen the right job...it's always easy to give up that fast...

OPPO A6 Pro may have some Intune compatibility issues. Update ColorOS and Play Services, then retry or check if some models need OEM support for work profiles.
