Work profile creation on OPPO A6 PRO
But that's their job and there can be enrollment restrictions enabled we don't know of.
So, i would expect them to troubleshoot and if they don't get further reach out here or Intune.
If "that's their job" meant anything, this place would be desolate 😂

I don't think so. It's terrifying if you look in MDM communities what kind of questions coming along from some admins 🤣
So, i would expect admins to ask here as you can't expect from enduser to collect adb logs and so on for deep troubleshooting.
Ofc, if its something easy (already another work profile present,...) glad to help even end users but most likely there are things they can't know but we would need to know to point to the issue by sure.

Michel​ and jasonbayton​ you know that you both hit me, right?
I'm one of the admins where its "my job" to get (or already know) the reason why something is failing. I'm not a "partner" or MDM provider.
And i don't have a problem to reach out (here or to the MDM support) if i can't get further myself.
Thats my job and doesn't desolate anything here.

And I think thats how it should be, an enduser should be able to rely on their IT admin to help them with these kind of issues right?
An IT admin doesn't know all the answers either, but is able to do some further investigation to be able to assist.
But I agree with you, we should always be able to end users but in some cases there are just to many variables in play (what restrictions are you using, what mdm etc)
