Zero Touch Portal Setup - Error 403 on login
Hi, My reseller has set-up an account linked to a corporate Google account. When I try to login to https://partner.android.com/zerotouch using that account I get a "403, The account doesn't have...
Are you sure, you created a Google account for the mail-address being used for login?
Just asking as i don't see any statement about this from mattm (and maybe israil as well) but it's required. So the zero-touch reseller can only add your mail address to the portal but you need to have a Google account assigned to that mail address to be able to sign in to the zero-touch portal.
If that's the case i recommend for your zero-touch reseller to reach out to Google via the partner portal to investigate into it further.
