Hello, I using ZTE to enroll all of our Android devices into our MDM Meraki. But I've noticed that I have to perform a manual action each time to complete the enrollment :

Yes I did.
OK, assuming they're correct and nothing is missing to enable automated enrolment, this issue should be directed to Cisco until someone who knows the platform well can comment.
