Email Notifications Update

Hey everyone, 

 

You might have noticed that the email notifications you receive when someone sends you a message or replies to one of your posts/comments have stopped coming into your inbox. 

 

In the meantime, the little notification indicator in your community header will still highlight your notifications. 

 

We will keep you updated as we work to resolve this issue and we are sorry you are experiencing this.

    Hey everyone, 

     

    We just wanted to give you a quick update on the email notifications. 

     

    At present, these are either very delayed or still not reaching your inboxes. 

     

    We’re working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible - sorry this is taking much longer than expected. 

     

    For now, you can check your notifications via the little notification indicator in your community header.

    Hey everyone, 

     

    Good news! You should now be starting to receive email notifications again.

     

    We believe the issue we were experiencing is now fixed, but we are still monitoring this to see if everything is back to normal.

     

    Could you let us know if you are starting to see email notifications again in your inboxes please?
