Watchparty! Join us on May 13th for The Android Show: I/O edition!
Event details
Hey everyone,
What are you doing on Tuesday the 13th of May at 10am, PT (which is 6pm in the UK and 7pm in Western Europe)? 🧐
This year, ahead of Google I/O, Sameer Samat (President, Android Ecosystem), will be hosting something extra special; The Android Show: I/O edition. A sneak peak at what’s new with Android.
We will be streaming the show here in the community, so what would you say we get together (virtually on this occasion) to watch the show and chat about the highlights as they get announced?
Take a look at the trailer:
Will you be joining us? 🥳
Chat soon,
Emilie

I do the screen reading occasionally to convert QR, translate, etc. It's useful

very short, and to be honest not very shocking news. It was more of a Gemini video than an Android one I think.
Heading of the blogs!

Not a single enterprise feature Lizzie, I expected more strong-arming from you guys 😂

I've only recently started using it in my personal life and mostly to ask questions or to help me refine some text. I'm interested to do more with it!

If I owned a snazzy tie, I would take to the stage 😂. Lots more things coming up soon related to Enterprise.

Exciting from a consumer perspective, less so from an Enterprise perspective. I watch these sort of events to get a preview of all of the new consumer features like personalization and Gemini screen scraping I'll have to learn how to disable for Enterprise customers. Still helpful to understand the upgrades coming down for that context.

Well, no first time is perfect 😬 But this was fun! And we can definitely look at having a chat box for next time, so we can keep the conversations "live" 🧐
