We have been having trouble provisioning our Android 10 devices with the process freezing when attempting to install work apps. Would this outage have caused our issue? In Android 10 still supported? Thanks

Hi Sanitas and welcome to the community 👋

This outage has been fixed so, it is strange that you are experiencing issues - we'd recommend you raise a ticket with your EMM provider to investigate further.

Please give us an update once you've talked to your provider and we can reassess then 🙂

Oddly enough, 8 hours before the outage yesterday, I was asked if there was any information online about the health of Managed Google Play or Android Enterprise.

I have referred to the Google Cloud Status Page: https://status.cloud.google.com/index.html

Because if there are major problems with Google Cloud, MGP and AE will probably also be affected.

I didn't want to open a separate topic for this, but coincidence is ideal. Hence the question:
Is there a health check of Android-related services? (ZeroTouch, MGP, etc.)

Samsung has something like this in case there is a problem with KME, for example: https://status.samsungknox.com/

Morning Alex_Muc, thanks for sharing this - that's certainly funny timing. I'm wondering if you can predict anything else 😁?!?

But, on a more serious note, this is actually really great feedback. We introduce the customer service announcement board probably about a year ago here in the customer community and I feel this has been well received by you and other here. Implementing a Android related status page for specific services (like you say zero-touch, MGP...) would certainly be a good evolution here. I'll highlight this back to our team internally to see what might be feasible here.

Thanks so much for this. Speak soon.

    Lizzie
