Does the bluetoothSharing setting override the bluetoothContactSharingDisabled setting?

If a policy is configured with:

DeviceConnectivityManagement > bluetoothSharing=BLUETOOTH_SHARING_DISALLOWED

and

bluetoothContactSharingDisabled=FALSE

will the first setting override the second, thereby preventing contact sharing via bluetooth?

If so, it could be good to have that documented like it's done in other places (e.g. "This setting is ignored if {SettingName} is set to X"
