Google Play account: Account creation failed

account was correctly configured on the device but on several devices not. Kiosk was launched first and it seems it wasn´t configured correctly during the enrollment. But problem is with both situation. And I know what is recommended and network requirements etc. But we have found this usage in customer environment and they didn´t have any issues because they use package with internal app and they didn´t need another apps from google play. Devices are in lockdown with basic configuration. But now after several months this message is notified on many devices. We tried to connect their devices to open WiFi but it seems this message is occurred on the device again in closed network. So I wanted to ask if something is checked on Google and how often. I think they need to allow some ports to Google or re-enroll the device with skip google services.
Maybe you can remove the accounts from the devices instead of a re-roll.
Not sure if this copuld be possible via MDM but could be less effect than a re-enroll.
But in general if your customer doesn'T need a Google account i wonder why they have been enrolled with one.
