Google Account for Android Enterprise gets disabled
Does this mean that when I migrate the personal account to a managed google domain account although the personal account is deactivated, then everything will work again and the account will be activated again?
Migrating switches your bind from the gmail account to a managed google domain - a free google workspace account, so the gmail account won't have it associated any longer

Ok thank you, I think that would be the best solution to avoid such problems in the future.
Can you tell me what will happen with the android devices, apps and app configurations when I migrate the gmail account to a managed google domain?
Do I have to re-enroll the devices an re-assign all apps and app configurations?

Hello sbuehl
I just wanted to get in touch to see how your appointment with Ivanti went; what did they say?
I'm sure jasonbayton will be interested in an update as well 🙂

Hi Emilie_B and jasonbayton
Sorry for my late answer. I was very bussy.
The appointment with ivanti went as expected. They also can't help us, because a disabled google account is a thing they also can't do anything.
The plan now is to upgrade the account to a managed google domain.
Therefore I still have a few questions and would be happy when someone could answer me:
- What happens with the devices and apps when I upgrade to a managed google domain? Will all of this be preserved or do I have to re-enroll devices and add all apps again?
- We already have access to admin.google.com. We used this to manage some chromebooks in the past. Our domain is already verified there. Is this a google managed domain account I can use for the upgrade? Sorry for that question but the many different ways to access Google are very confusing for me :)
- What will happen to the gmail account after the upgrade to a google managed domain account? Will the gmail account still exist or will it then be closed afterwards
