Hi Michel ,
Thanks for your guidance and support.
As per your suggestion, we have filled out the registration form on the Android Enterprise website. However, it has been around 4–5 days, and we haven’t received any response or update yet.
Additionally, after completing the onboarding form and selecting “Save and Exit,” we’re redirected back to the same screen with only the option to “Resume Onboarding.” This seems to be an unintended loop, and we’re unsure if our application has been submitted successfully.
If you could assist further or guide us on how to move forward, it would be greatly appreciated.
