The customer reported to us a problem with contact SMS which is not displayed on the personal side (only the numbers are displayed but not the names of the contacts)

Hey bpope-verizon,

 

Thanks for the follow-up.  I have been following this internally. There still isn't a set date for the update release on this, mid-Q1 is what is currently the estimated timeframe. Thanks for keeping me updated, I will continue to chase this internally and I'm sorry this is taking a little while to get resolved.

I went to our New York office a couple of weeks ago.  When there I received a 1.6 MB update to the messages app.  It seemed to fix the issue, so I thought it was finally fixed.  Once I got on a plane back home and connected to WIFI the issue came back.
