Emilie_B , I know partners can ask for support on this portal. Is there also a customer support desk for cases like this?
Steve , your reseller should be able to reach out to a support mailaddress they have for ZTE issues. The respons their is very quick and might be worth a try. Just ask you reseller to send an email to support and ask if support is able to see why a profile cannot be removed. They might not do it themselves, but could point you in the right direction.
I might have some time next week if its still relevant.
