Hello everyone,
we want to register with our reseller for zero touch enrollment.
I gave them Costumer ID from our organization.
I found it in the organization workspace account and in play.google.com
They told me thats the wrong number, but they did not know how to get the right number.
The number should be a ten-digit number?
So my question where to get or to find the right Customer ID, which a reseller need.
Thanks

Thank you, but they said we have to provide the number before, otherwise we cannot access or head to the resellers page. We have to provide that number and a Google account.

If you never had access to a Zero Touch portal before, it has to be created by your reseller, then you will be able to access it.
But first time portal provisioning is done by your reseller.

Yes sorry I misread it as you already having an account. Just provide your desired Google account to be the owner of ZT and the reseller can create it.
If you do already have access to partner.android.com/zerotouch, you can head to the reseller page there now or in future to fetch the customer ID.
@Lizzie whoever the reseller is needs some training.
