Zero Touch Enrolment Failed
Hello Varun3330,
Great to meet you. Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with this.
This could potentially be a setup issue, I wonder have you contacted your reseller to mention that the devices aren't enrolling correctly?
Do the devices get an error message or can you provide a little more information on what happens when you try to enroll them?
Thanks,
Lizzie

We have similar problems but are unable to identify what is causing this.
Existing ZT devices when reset are not being recognized as corporate devices. During setup it goes straight to the google login screen so you can set it up as if it were a personal device
* Different WiFi networks attempted, including unrestricted hotspot
* Different profiles attempted, but the devices still were unable to recognize they were corporate managed devices during setup
* After the devices were deleted from ZT and re-added by reseller, when the devices were reset they were immediately recognized as corporate devices again and performed the full Corporate-owned dedicated device setup
* Afterwards, applying a different profile in ZT, they also recognized this if they were resetZT is used for Zebra devices
Does the reseller have visibility on more device details than just the serial number? There is no way of telling which devices stopped being recognized, at least on our side.
Can you indicate how/what kind of report the reseller is able to compile if we give them examples of serials that no longer work?
Thank you very much.
