The customer reported to us a problem with contact SMS which is not displayed on the personal side (only the numbers are displayed but not the names of the contacts)

    I have some good news, this now looks like a fix has been rolled out. 🎉 Please can you test this out on your end and let me know how it's working for you?

    There isn't an exact date yet, but it is looking like the end of Jan/early February. If there is any change to this I'll update you and the others in this discussion here. I imagine the month will fly by.

      Lizzie, following up on this again as it is early February and we don't have any status of this bug being fixed. I am getting asked by my senior leadership, so please respond with current status.

        Hey bpope-verizon,

         

        Thanks for the follow-up.  I have been following this internally. There still isn't a set date for the update release on this, mid-Q1 is what is currently the estimated timeframe. Thanks for keeping me updated, I will continue to chase this internally and I'm sorry this is taking a little while to get resolved.
