In line with the growing demand for secure and inclusive smartphone access, we’ve developed PayProtect—a custom Device Policy Controller (DPC) tailored to support EMI-based smartphone financing. This solution enables real-time compliance, device-level control, and robust protection against default, thereby minimizing risks for telcos, lenders, and retailers. When linking through my actually I am doing First, link customer account successfully through my EMM console. for linking account I have used zero touch iframe use dpcextra - {"server":"","enterprise":"enterprises/enterprises_id"} after all doing this , when setting up the device the devcie ask for a qr code for enrollment.if I scan qr code enrollment start successfully My query was Is zero enrollment not start automatically? if start automatically then what the thing that I am missing? I have integrated zero touch iframe in my emm console and able to link zero touch customer account succesfully. I am wondering some of customer facing devices reset automatically? Is there any reason behind this? From our customer, we got the following information about this issue. Case one is that the device got shut down due to the charge being finished. after starting the device they found that the device was reseted. Hi, I am wondering how often a STATUS_REPORT PubSub message is sent for a device. Is it on a specific cadence? Random? When the device encounters a change (i.e. policy update)?
