Re: Android Enterprise work profile does not support wearOS yet
Hey Anthony , Thanks for your reply. Great watches, by the way! Do you primarily use them for work? I appreciate the feedback. I'll make sure to note this and bring it up in relevant discussions. Thanks again. Reece1.5KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Android Enterprise work profile does not support wearOS yet
Hello Anthony , Firstly, welcome to the community! Out of curiosity, what wearable device do you own? I'm considering a purchase myself this year. Regarding your question, while we can't disclose details of future development plans, for updates on Wear OS and Android Enterprise I recommend keeping an eye on the official Android Enterprise page or checking this community for the latest news. As for your last question, are you saying you aren't able to get updates on your inbox and outbox? From my understanding, connecting Outlook companion apps will only forward notifications to your watch. At the moment, this is the only way to stay informed about new emails on Wear OS devices. Hi w4lter Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I agree with Moombas suggestion to open a ticket on your end. The ticket will come with a reference number that we can use on our side if further assistance is needed. Thanks, Reece5.6KViews0likes5CommentsRe: Não dá acertar outras coisas
Hello Davi MADY56 , How are you? I just want to clarify: are you experiencing issues with your device and seeking a fix for a display error message, or are you trying to provide guidance to others on what to do when this message appears? 😊 Thanks, Reece2.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Não dá acertar outras coisas
Hi MADY56 I have translated your post for you in English: If your tablet is displaying a "Decide policy" message that prevents access to other functionality, here are some things you can try: Check Settings: Go to your tablet's settings and look for any parental controls or device management settings that may be restricting access. This is usually under "Settings" > "Security" or "Device Management". Factory Reset: If you cannot find the restriction settings, consider performing a factory reset. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on your tablet, so make a backup of important information first. To do this, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset" > "Factory reset". Contact Support: If the tablet is managed by an organization (such as a school or workplace), contact your IT department or support team for assistance. They may have specific policies that need to be adjusted. Firmware Update: Make sure your tablet's firmware is up to date. Sometimes updating your device can resolve throttling issues. Check for updates in "Settings" > "System" or "Software Update". If you need more specific instructions, please provide the make and model of your tablet.2.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Seeking Feedback on Our Online Calculator Tool for Business Use
Hi Aziz4576 , Welcome to the community! It's great to see someone working on creating new tools. You can never have too many calculators! One suggestion would be to consider rearranging some of the buttons, like moving the divide button in between the plus and the decimal point. Do you work within Android Enterprise? If you have any specific questions about Android Enterprise, feel free to ask. Keep up the good work, and good luck! Best, Reece1.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Device overheating
Hi sohailhafeez254 I hope you are well? I'm sorry to hear about your phone overheating. To better understand the issue, could you please provide some additional details? How long has this overheating issue been occurring? Is your device managed by an MDM, or is it your personal device? Have you noticed if the overheating happens during specific activities or when using certain apps?1.1KViews1like0CommentsRe: Celebrating 1 year of the Customer Community

Hey Liehuo, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to check in on how things are going with enrolling the tablet? Have you made any progress or encountered any further issues? When possible could you please provide the exact model name? This will help me look for the device in our solutions directly. Alternatively, you can explore this yourself by clicking here. Thanks, Reece4.3KViews0likes1CommentRe: Work Profile Wake Screen Issues
Hey brianwestco, I hope you're doing well. We've looked into the issue but haven't been able to replicate it on our end. To help us further diagnose the problem, could you check if any of your colleagues with Pixel devices are experiencing the same issue? This will help us determine if it's an isolated case or a broader problem. Thanks Reece3.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: How to accept the Android Enterprise Essentials service agreement.
Hi ECS , How are you? For your work profile setup, it's probably best to reach out to your management or IT team. They can guide you through the specific steps according to your organization's setup. After speaking with them, if you need further assistance, feel free to come back here. Thanks, Reece3KViews0likes7CommentsRe: Some apps don't appear in Play Store
Hey HKP , No problem, happy to help! Out of interest, have you talked to your MDM provider about this issue? I'd be keen to hear what they said since it could be something on their end causing certain apps to be restricted, especially since it's affecting all devices. If you are awaiting an update from your MDM, you could check if there are any app restrictions in your Managed Google Play settings? It might also help to review any regional or content filters that could be affecting app visibility. Thanks Reece2.7KViews0likes1CommentRe: Some apps don't appear in Play Store
Hi HKP , I hope you're well? 😊 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm is this issue affecting only your device, or are others in the company experiencing the same problem? This should help us determine if it's a broader issue or something specific to your device. Thanks, Reece2.8KViews0likes1Comment
