Hi, currently my AMAPI account has a limit of around 600 devices,  I applied for a device limit extension from Google Form but did not receive any reply from them, It has been more than a week. Can someone help me how to get the device limit extended? @jasonbayton  

Hello Everyone,I have a slight issue with copy-paste on Corporate owned, personal enabled devices (COPE) managed via Intune. To put it simple - people can copy text from work profile to personal. Happy to be pointed to the basics if I missed something obvious, but I feel stuck.Intune configuration for COPE devices has 2 values: "allow" or "not configured" (not helpful). I had support cases open with Microsoft and Samsung, but former blames OS defaults, while latter blames Intune (not helpful).I couldn't identify the setting in OEMConfig (Knox Service Plugin), so got Google Enterprise account, configured it for Zero Touch enrolment using Intune token and realised that I was looking into "crossProfileCopyPaste" control and don't have a clue how to use it in DPC extras and if that's even possible.Is it possible to use AMAPI with Intune management? If yes, does anyone have any examples? What are other ways to restrict copy-paste from work profile to personal? I find it difficult to be

Hi, Android is asking 6 digit pin for work profile whereas I have 8 digit work profile pin set by IT admin.I have to try 5 failed attempts .. and then after 30 seconds the 8 digit pin comes up.It's very irritating, please help.

Hi community, We are a multibrand company with one Playstore account for multiple brands and Millions of users. Behind our public phone numbers we have established processes which do not support a method like 2FA. On the other hand we cannot show a manually managed developer phone number with a potential of Millions of customers. Hence I have a couple of questions:Will there be an alternative way to verify the account details apart from 2FA? Apple offers a manual processCan the contact details be changed later?Is it possible to provide different eMails and phone numbers per brand? Or do the given details apply to all brands/apps under one account?Does a preview exist where exactly in the store presence the account info will show up? Thanks for feedback!Max

I am an Admin and I know I add some of the others presently in the Zero Touch Console. I do the work in Zero Touch. The person that has the Owner Role Just orders the phones.So my question is how do I change or add a Admin in Zero Touch?

Lizzie, is there a known reason for this to still be occurring?   EDIT: sorry just realised this was specific to the Play store not updating, BUT this article is getting referenced elsewhere as the reason for GZT having issues which then cause the device to reset.  So what I'm actually asking is whether there are any other known reasons for GZT continuing to have this issue even though the Play store update issue has been fixed.   Samsung A Series Devices Android v14 Work Managed GZT > WS1 MDM Play store version is up to date on 42.xx   Enrolment completes, then shortly after we get the GZT warning it needs to reset.     *[Post moved to create a new topic - title updated]

I have enrolled few devices in our amapi EMM and Google's own AMAPI Colab. Apps are getting pushed to work play store and its picking up the managed config which are already created while pushing the app. But next time if I make any changes to managed config, DPC is not pushing those changes to the app. Again if I re-install the app, its picking the new managed config.  Is there any issue with the latest DPC version related to managed config?  @jasonbayton for your visibility. 

Android 14 tablet(Samsung-SM-x210) could not perform the factory reset programatically. Others android version working fine. Got and error for admin user "SecurityException: java.lang.SecurityException: User 0 is a system user and cannot be removed".

Hey! We have a rather unimportant problem with Managed Google Play regarding apps that are no longer publicly available. We currently approve apps via iFrame and can then release them via MDM. With WorkspaceONE, we can theoretically also approve apps via https://play.google.com/work and then import them from Google Play all together. If a developer retires an app for (Managed) Google Play, the approval of the app can no longer be revoked. The app will then no longer be listed in Managed Google Play. ( https://play.google.com/work/licenses/apps )The app is then no longer displayed at all, even if it is actually included in the configuration of a collection. Hello people,I'm writing here 'cause I'm facing a strange issue, if I enroll an Android Enterprise device it no longer receive the assigned compliance policy, and the default one is in error state. The other admin tried and all is working as normal on his device, so I'm not yet sure about the impact.The dynamic rule that populate the group for assign the policy is working fine, the devices are added.Another thing is that all the application that are required for the same group are no longer installed, and they're also not available looking for them in the Managed Play Store.Did any of you encountered similar issues? Not sure when it started 'cause I was busy on different stuff and did not enrolled any test device in the last month...Thanks in advance to anyone.

Hi Team,I am process of complete POC Zero touch.  We have completed zero touch integration with Intune. I want to know below key points.  Point 1: In ABM we have option to import after purchase iOS asset by customer . we normal not dependant on reseller partner. we will able to manage company own device purchase from approved reseller.  is such possible option in Zero touch,?  if we own corporate Android mobile and want to import in Zero touch portal as admin do i have option to import? or only reseller is able to import device. Point 2: does reseller is able to import device during purchase or we have option to import device in zero touch portal after purchase  example 2 months? Really appreciate kind quick update.

Hey everyone I've got a really neat situation I can't seem to figure out a clean solution for. My org started an Intune deployment with a Managed Google Play account. Unfortunately the admin that built the account has left and the account used for the connector is a standard Gmail account. Right now we are unable to recover the account. 2FA is enabled but the account sends a verification to the locked account. When we were in looking at the connector, the organization ID doesn't match up with our enterprise account either. End user android devices have already begun the enrollment process for Intune. Have any of you fine folks found a way to do one of the three:1. Recover a personal account that an terminated admin set up.2. Change the Account tied to the managed play store connector.3. Merge/ adopt a rogue organization ID into the correct account.  Thanks for reading my plight

This device policy was installed on my phone through firebase from Google. I I have reported this to Google in regards to the hacking and the device control I cannot uninstall it and I show a shell manifest on my phone to be using the developer platform to redirect everything through Androids system. So either someone has hacked into the Android platform and as redirected everything or this is an open-ended warrant for 5 years now for an invasion of my privacy. Either way the Google is liable by either not protecting my privacy or by complying with such an order for 5 years and never asking why. You can look at my Facebook page and see exactly why this invasion of privacy has been ongoing. Jim Mininno or Vincent Mininno.  I plead with someone to help me get this results as me and my children has been made the victims of the department of defense and Google.

Hi, @Lizzie  I was hoping you could guide me to the right person please. We are working on a B2B project, and through our discovery phase we noted that to execute the functionality we want within our APK, we need to build out a working UEM platform. We were advised that the only way this was possible was to enrol within the Enterprise Partner Program. We applied but after a week we were told we were not eligible, but not entirely sure why. When something like this happens, who can we speak to please to understand how we can move forward? Many Thanks John

Hello All,We assist the underprivileged and are attempting to distribute our application to students who have been provided with EMM-enabled Android devices by the government. However, we've encountered a problem while trying to publish our application on the EMM platform; it's generating the following error:"The package name '*****************' is already in use by another application."In seeking advice on this matter, I received the following feedback:If the EMM platform utilizes a public/private Play Store, they share the same library and for large-scale deployments, the EMM provider should register with an enterprise Play Store. This would allow them to publish any application within their ecosystem without conflicts arising from the general domain.Could anyone confirm if this information is accurate?
