Phone is not oppening

I bought my oppo Reno 11 5g in March and in June I lost it . Yesterday I found it and now when I am trying to get it oppen it firstly take a reset and then shows we are not able to programme your phone 

Can you plzz tell how to deal with this 🥺 please 🥺
