eSIM setup during device enrolment

A possible solution could be preloading eSIM activation details (like a QR code or activation code) into the enrollment guide or using zero-touch provisioning combined with a WiFi fallback. You may need to check with your carrier for automated eSIM provisioning options during the enrollment phase.
Unitech provides StageGO for their devices, which can called from a 3rd party EMM. It is like lookup file with device serialnumber and eSIM or multiple eSIM per device.
In this way you do not need to unlock your kiosk devices after enrollment and have the eSIM(s) silently imported via EMM
