Owner deleted from Zerotouch portal

But s4u as you seem to be a reseller, why not asking in the partner portal?
I don't have access to it but my best guess would be that they can help you better/faster there than here.

thank you for your reply. We are not Google Workspace resseler, so i do not see any option to contact support for this kind of case. I can only send feedback to the Google from the Zerotouch portal.

This doesn't have to be workspace related, completely different topic.
If you manage "customers" in zero-touch portal, means you are normally a reseller for mobile devices (Lizzie correct me if I'm mistaken here) which also means yoiu are a partner and have access to the Google Partner portal. And there you can create a ticket as Lizzie mentioned below.
