Unable to complete company onboarding

Hello, I am unable to register for the Android Enterprise Partners. At the point of entering my DUNS number, I get this error message; "Something went wrong. If the problem persist please contact support". Please what do i do from here.

    It might be helpful to look at a similar conversation we've had earlier this year.
