unable to enroll the Samsung S25 ultra into Intune as BYOD.
Hey SatyaNarendra ,
if they suggest to contact Samsung why then asking here?
If you want to reach out to Samsung, best way is to go through the Samsung Knox portal (https://www.samsungknox.com/) and contact support via that.
They are quite fast in responding even i guess in your special case it would require a deeper investigation afterwards.
And see also this topic (but i guess this is a bit different): https://www.androidenterprise.community/discussions/conversations/work-profile-on-s25-ultra/10331
But btw. how about other models? Do they work fine (maybe also from different manufacturers)?

Hi Moombas ,
the devices are not company owned devices, its a personally owned devices are they are trying to enrol the devices in Intune to access the corporate data. So i cant able to contact the Samsung customer people over knox portal. For other models its working fine its an issue with Samsung S25 ultra model.

Why you can't contact Samsung via the Knox portal?
Even your question is not related to your own Samsung devices, you have a question as enterprise in a dependency of Samsung and management, i don't see a problem to that (unless they tell you).

My phone is BYOD, S25 ultra. Haven't noticed anything. Have there been any changes in your configuration recently?
