[Community] Potential downtime in the Customer Community

Hello everyone,

 

I hope you are doing well.

 

Wednesday 24th January: 12-4am (PST) / 8am-12pm (BST) / 12:30-4:30pm (IST) / 4-8pm (JST) 

 

Just to let you know, we will be carrying out some scheduled updates in the Customer Community backend on Wednesday 24th January. 

 

As part of this work, we may have a period of up to 2 hours where the community will be in 'Maintenance Mode' and not accessible to view or post. We are hoping this will be kept to a minimum though and the impact on your experience will be minor. 🤞

 

Outside of this time, if you spot anything not behaving as expected or you have any questions on the above, please let us know.

Just a quick update to say, good news, this was completed earlier today 🎉. The community was down for under an hour, so if you spotted this I hope it didn't impact you too much.
