Device overheating

My Samsung A10s phone is overheating significantly. This is a major problem. Can anyone help solve this issue?

1. How long has this overheating issue been occurring?
2. Is your device managed by an MDM, or is it your personal device?
3. Have you noticed if the overheating happens during specific activities or when using certain apps?

I highly recommend to contact the manufacturer to send it in for repair so they can check and repair it.

Be aware that devices get wiped thru this process so do a full data backup (pictures, videos,...) if not stored in a cloud drive before.
