Our google EMM account is no longer adminsitrative?

We have 5000 devices getting the message that the google account has been removed from them, and play store apps are no longer installing / available.

I try and sign in and check our token (workspace one says its all good) but our account is no longer administrative and cant login?
Workspace one says everything is fine. How do we get into admin.google.com with our EMM account? Right its looking like we need to just rebuild the whole environment and re-do thousands of devices.

On the other hand to what @Moombas says, migrating away from Google workspace can have a similar impact, as Google accounts get terminated.

Can you authenticate to play.google.com/work/adminsettings with the Google account you used to bind?

If accounts have been removed from devices you'll need to raise this with the EMM vendor with urgency. It sounds like the bind has been deleted on the Google end.

Has your company recently added/started to administrate Google accounts?

If that's the case another account could be admin now but shouldn't have an effect on your rolled out devices.

The account we use for the Managed Google Play accounts (EMM binding) is not the admin account for admin.google.com but works fine in the emm.

Very good point, as the accounts gotten removed from the devices, this is somehow most likely the issue.
