Hi VKuts, Thank you for your patience while we have been investigating this issue. Our engineers believe this may be caused by a Wear OS variant of your app having a higher version number than your mobile variant in Google Play. By default Google Play removes MCM from non-mobile applications (Wear/TV). We are working on a way to prevent MCM from being removed from this specific app in the future and I will confirm back here when that has been completed. In the meantime if you publish your mobile app with a higher version than the Wear variant it will likely resolve this issue. Instead you will need an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution. There are many EMM providers that you can choose, and to help you find one you can take a look at our solutions directory. If you need expert assistance in exploring Android Enterprise and how to get started with managed mobility you can ask questions here, or alternatively reach out to one of our amazing Mobility Consulting Services (MCS) partners. Our Solutions Directory provides contact links to each of these partners so that you can start speaking to an expert right away. Apologies for any confusion caused by our 'Get in touch' form. Normally you would receive an email which would direct you to various resources including our Solutions Directory. Yes - you should be able to use a fully managed deployment to enable the use of pre-loaded apps without needing to re-download them through Google Play. Hi Yunchuan, This sounds like expected behaviour. The purpose of a Work Profile is to keep personal and work apps, identities, and data separate. If the paid app licenses are attached to the personal identity on the device, then it will not be available in the Work Profile (where the personal identity does not exist). Most paid enterprise applications will have the ability to license their apps via a web portal or other means so that licensing can be managed and tracked centrally. Hi Yunchuan, Thank you for posting this question. I would like to add an additional perspective that would enable you to continue using Work Profile. You can allow apps which are already installed on a device in the personal side, to appear within the Work Profile (Work Apps). You just need to search for, and approve them through Managed Google Play within the Workspace Admin console, and then assign them to the users who need them. This is the same process as allowing any other app which is not yet installed on the device. After adding additional resellers into your active reseller list, you can then give them your zero-touch customer ID so that they add devices to the same zero-touch account.
