Our engineering team has been investigating the issues and we believe we have found a fix. Please test again and let us know if you encounter any issues.
As Emilie suggested, create a ticket with Sophos Mobile to see what they can do on their end and then share the ticket number with Emilie. She is able to escalate things on their end to make sure Sophos and google work together to fix this issue because its something in between both worlds. Same for the other ticket.
I've had good experiences with this procedure, Lizzie helped me with an urgent matter.
