Has a solution been found for this? We are also experiencing that all new devices now come with the "Enterprise Default Profile" instead of the profile configured as the default. This is causing a lot of frustration among our employees who purchase a new phone but are unable to use it until they contact IT support, which then manually switches to the correct profile in the Zero Touch portal. We have tried enrolling with QR-codes to bypass the problem. Everything seemed fine, but after the setup was finished, the devices got a 1 hour count down and after 1 hour the device resets back to factory defaults. The workaround did not work for us, but it might work for others.14KViews1like0Comments
