Playstore empty after enrollment
Hello,
For the past two weeks, we have been experiencing issues during the enrollment of some of our devices. After enrollment, the Play Store is empty and no apps will install. This is a problem that has occurred before, and a fix was provided by Google (link). A case is currently open between our MDM vendor, Ivanti, and Google: link. (issue tracker 399818918)
Are other people experiencing this issue? Our vendor has indicated that at least one other customer is currently facing the same problem.
Best regards

The issue was due to a managed configuration of an app.
This managed configuration was pushed via API and contained a bundle array. In cases where one of the elements was of type "choice" or if one of the values was pushed as NULL, the configuration on the MDM would fail.
The workaround was to remove the distribution of the app’s configuration pending an update that removes the "choice" type, in order to unblock the Play Store loading on the devices.
However, further analysis between Ivanti and Google is still needed to understand why a failure in an app’s configuration can cause a general problem on the device.
