Can't add a private app to devices

And now I see it 100% is a Stix issue, as going back to Vantage I can add apps without issue.
Also, Vantage has live support which helped me through some issues instantly, where Stix has zero contactable support.
So, they've been ruled out entirely!
I've had no response (nor do they really have any direct way to contact them for support).
I'm going back to trialling another MDM (Vantage), to see if it works better on this front.

It is, yes. Actually what should I mark as the solution? Write here that the issue seems to have been with Stix, and that switching to VantageMDM has proved to provide a working solution, and then mark this comment as the solution?
