In addition, do you know how the devices were uploaded to ZT? Have you any reason to suspect this wasn't done correctly? An incorrect model, manufacturers, SN, etc would upload but not pick up the ZT config.
turns out the retail parting who loads the devices in the zero touch console enrolled it as the wrong model . once addressed it started working .
